You can return most products purchased from RoyalPlugFix within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless defective).
  • Custom or personalized items that cannot be resold.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
